How to Order
- Call us and talk to a live Customer Service Representative. 800-530-9740.
We can give you an idea of the lead-time and costs right on the phone.
Or you can email us and get a quick reply during weekday business hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Eastern Time.
- When you have decided to move forward and place an order, the first step is
to reserve a production slot with a deposit of $100 by check, Visa or MasterCard.
Sizing samples can be sent.
- Confirmation of your shipping window will be immediately sent
via email or USPS. This order confirmation will advise you of size, art and half
deposit milestones. You will need to adhere to these deadlines so we can do the same!
A week prior to each deadline, one of our Customer Service Representatives will contact you to gather this information.
- Actual art production and fabric cutting starts after receipt of your half deposit.
Whether you have a rough sketch or concept, or have camera-ready finished art,
our experienced in-house design department is ready to assist with any level of
the design creation.
- After your art is completed, we will email or send a color pre-production
proof for you to make changes and eventually approve. The pre-production proof
is a small version of the very art we will be using for your job. You'll be able
to see exactly what your clothing will look like.
- Final production begins once we have achieved all the necessary milestones;
signed approval of your art, color selection, etc.
- We'll give you a call prior to shipping to verify shipping instructions and final
payment method if necessary.
