- When you have decided to move forward and place an order, the first step is to sign the quote form given to you by your sales representative to reserve a production slot. After you have sent in your signed quote form, a customer service representative will contact you to review the production process and timelines.
- Actual art design starts once we have received your half deposit. Whether you have a rough sketch, a concept, or camera-ready finished art, our experienced in-house design department is ready to assist with any level of the design creation. Please call us to get pricing for your design. All of our garment pricing includes a maximum of two hours of design studio time. Additional time will be billed at $75 per hour.
- We will email or send a color, pre-production proof for approval. The pre-production proof is a small version of the very art we will be using for your job. You'll be able to see exactly what your clothing will look like.
- Production will not start until we have received all the necessary information which includes signed approval of your art, quantity and sizes. Your order will ship from our facility six weeks after we receive all the information. If your order is time sensitive, you need to have all production information completed well before six weeks from your event. VOmax offers expedited production, please contact us to determine if we can accommodate your request.
- We will contact you prior to shipping to verify shipping instructions and final payment method.
