VOmax Announces New Skinsuit Designed by Sponsored Athlete Craig Richey:
-Proceeds to benefit the Empower Playground Charity- developing electricity-generating playground equipment for use in rural third-world communities.
NORTHAMPTON, MA - VOmax, Inc. announces that it has a new skinsuit available. The Bikini T-shirt skinsuit was created by professional cyclocross racer, entrepreneur and VOmax Sponsored Athlete: Craig Richey of Smithers, British Columbia.
The skinsuit is ideal for keeping muscles warm, providing compression to reduce muscle vibration, improving circulation and preventing fatigue. The innovative construction utilizes a reduced the number of panels and seams to improve fit and maximize the aerodynamic quality of the garment. The featured lycra material has an advanced moisture management system which aids in regulating body temperature and improve overall performance.
Craig founded Sponsored Connected, a business designed to help other businesses looking to market their products and brands through the field of athlete ambassadors. In addition to VOmax and Sponsored Connected Craig also races on the Canadian National Cycling Team and has competed at prestigious events such as the Cyclocross World Championships. In addition, Craig is also currently pursuing his MBA at Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts.
Currently 100% of the proceeds from the skinsuit will be donated to Empower Playgrounds. [A charity organization which enhances educational opportunities for children in deprived villages by providing renewable energy through electricity-generating playground equipment, smart LED lanterns and hands on science kits.]
“I am going to Ghana for 12 days with the Bentley MBA program. We are going to explore and learn about innovative entrepreneurship and socially responsible businesses.” commented Craig.
“The bikini t-shirt skinsuit design was part of a creativity project a few weeks ago and my goal was to come up with a truly creative and attention grabbing skinsuit that was a break from traditional designs. At just about every bike race, especially to non-cyclists, nobody's clothing stands out from the peloton of racers; I wanted to come up with something that would. In researching who we are working with in Ghana I became really impressed with the Empower Playgrounds program and connected the dots on how I can use the fun bikini t-shirt skinsuit design to help support a compelling cause like Empower Playgrounds.”
